Darogan have a ability of the user of the doujustu in their eyes everything is moving in slow motion giving the user an upper advantage in close combat but in reality everything is moving normal. Darogan also help the user time a attack at an opponent in knowing when to strike or dodge.

Clan History: Kentaja is one of the noble clans of the konoha sworn rivals of the uchiha clan. When the leader of are clan passed away no one know what really happen there were many members who would do anything to be the next leader fighting to see who the strongest and lead are clan to glory. It was decided that Rai Kentaja father was the leader Soon after his death members agreed the time Rai turn 18 years old he will become the next leader.

Sorry im not going to approve this. It pretty much the exact same a fully developed sharingan plus the jutsu are questionable. Besides with the skills you chose you cant even use your genjutsu. Also clans usually have at least 4 clan jutsu.
