| - Basic Jutsu:
Kawarimi no Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Basic Rank: E A substitution jutsu which involves switching the ninja's body for another object of the same weight, usually a piece of wood. This can create an opening to attack the enemy or to escape. This can only be used when there is an escape way for the ninja (not traped in a prison, nor unable to move). Can only be used three times in a battle.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Replication Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: E Orientation: Cost: Effects: A basic Genjutsu on which the user creates up to 5 copies of himself. This clones aren't real and are mainly used as a diversion. The clones can be destroyed like Kage Bunshin but they cannot hit a target. Because there are mere visual projections, they are not and do not effect their environment.
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once. Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.
- Knowledge:
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Taijutsu Knowledge
Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free.
- Ability Skill:
Agility and Speed
Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency.
Assassination
Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins
Scroll Sealing
Level I: Allows the ninja to seal throw-able weapons (such as shuriken) up to a number of 20. It also allows the ninja to carry 1 scroll with him.
Strength and Power (Free)
Level I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II
Genjutsu Resistance
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I.
- Taijutsu:
Name: Ōshi [Bull] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Rakanken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A taijutsu that relies on the weight, size, and muscle of the body to knockdown a foe. The user will rush at an opponent, ungracefully slamming into them without an ounce of mercy.
Name: Taka [Falcon] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Rakanken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: The ninja will throw themselves into the air, rising above an opponent. The ninja will then use the momentum of gravity and weight to fall upon an opponent, striking downward as they fall upon a foe with their elbow.
Name: Uma [Horse] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Rakanken Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A jutsu that gathers force by utilizing chakra to propel one's leg, this technique will cause a kick to spring forward like a hammer, knocking the breath of their opponent if not their blood. Requires Level I Power and Strength.
Name: Tsūten Kyaku [Bruising Sky Leg] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Rakanken Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: This Tai move is a powerful downward kick, crushing whatever happens to be in it's way. The user will first lift their leg, be it on the ground or while above an opponent, and then swing in a downward arc, the concentrated strength impacting sharply on whatever the foot happens to come into with, making it a threatening move. Requires Level I Power and Strength.
Name: Kigai [Strong Spirit] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Rakanken Rank: C Orientation: Defensive, Supplementary Cost: Effects: A shielding jutsu, this move uses the energy from the individual skin cells upon the body to create a thin layer of chakra over them. This added chakra skin will lighten any blow struck, making the user take less damage and feel less pain. Because of the jutsu, however, the user's body is more difficult to move, and will remain so as long as this jutsu is maintained. Requires Level II Power and Strength.
- Clan Jutsu:
Hone Buki Type: Taijutsu Sub Type: Hone Orientation: Supplementary Rank: D This basic technique allows a Kaguya to fashion and release a Bone Weapon, such as a sword, from within their body using their bloodline unique powers. This weapon is as strong and deadly as steel. This Weapon requires no further Chakra to Maintain.
Tsubaki No Mai Type: Taijutsu Sub Type: Hone Orientation: Offensive Rank: D One of the Kaguya dances, this Jutsu is used with a weapon to optimize effect. The clan member will charge at an enemy and begin striking with at amazing speeds and ferocity, easily overwhelming an enemy. This Jutsu is often combined with Hone Buki.
Yanagi No Mai Type: Taijutsu Sub Type: Hone Orientation: Defensive Rank: C One of The Kaguya Dances, this Jutsu will allow the user to release bone spikes from their body. These spikes can be released from the palms, knees, elbows, just about anywhere. The spikes are useful in combat, being either used as a hidden spear to stab an opponent or a last second defense against an opponent. The bone spikes may be released and retracted at will. Costs chakra per turn to maintain.
Teshi Sendan Type: Taijutsu Sub Type: Hone Orientation: Offensive Rank: C A technique used to fire high-powered bullets. The Kaguya will lift their fingers towards an opponent and release the foremost finger bone at the opponent. The bone missiles will rotate at high speeds, shattering whatever it impacts. This Jutsu releases up to ten finger bullets at once at an opponent.
Tessenka No Mai - Tsuru Type: Taijutsu Sub Type: Hone Rank: B Orientation: Offensive One of the Kaguya Dances, Tsuru is actually the first part of a combination attack. The Kaguya will begin by ripping their spine from their body, turning it into a bladed whip in which to bind and rip against an opponent. This whip like all bones is extremely durable, not to mention dangerous. This Weapon once created requires no further chakra to maintain after creation.
- Kenjutsu:
Name: Tejina [Sleight of Hand] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A trick-technique utilized to surprise unwary foes, the Shinobi utilized a variety of visually illusions to jab at a foe seemingly unarmed, only for a small weapon (Such as a Kunai), to suddenly flicker into their hands. Because of the sudden shift in the attack style, it attempts to catch the unwary foe off-guard and strike an easy blow. Requires Level One Assassination.
Name: Kyokugi [Acrobatic Feet] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyokan Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A technique whose basis is the "Walking" Technique, Kyokugi is a technique practiced by those wishing to deftly cross the battlefield in a erratic and unpredictable manner. The user takes a familiar concept, drawing chakra into their feet. In this variation, however, rather then becoming adheisive or merely standing upon a surface, this form of the jutsu creates chakra "Springs" upon the soles, which project a user forward. This essentially allows the user to bounce across the battlefield in a rapid manner, either distracting a foe or merely getting across tedious obstacles. Requires Level Two Assassination
Name: Tsukire [Moon Slice] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: An attack where an enemy will rush an opponent, apparently trying to stab a foe, only to launch themselves over an enemy, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a foe's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise a foe, move behind them, and strike them from above.
Name: Assaihira Toushou [Crushing Palm Sword Cut] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Torasshu Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A user of Torasshu learns to use all available power in his attacks. Assaihira Toushou is a sword-based attack that relies on the user's strength to increase the speed and crushing power of the blow. The user does not cut- He thoroughly cracks his foes defense. The user will place their hand just above the dull side of the blade, just above the blade's guard. Upon striking at a foe they will smack the back of the blade, applying the full front of their strength to it in order to empower the cut, increasing the speed and ferocity of the blade. This technique does not require the Strength and Power, but it's effectiveness is based upon it.
Name: Touhaikeru [Backsword Kick] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Torasshu Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Iniatially, the concept would be strange to any untrained or knowledgable of Torasshu- Kicking a blade to empower a sword. The idea is almost comical, something one might expect to be a mere trick. Any whom had been struck by a Touhaikeru will know better. Much like Assaihira Toushou, the user will strike the dull side of the blade with his body mid-attack, launching in forward at a surprising speed. The human body has more power in it's leg than arms, making Touhaikeru more powerful than it's palm counterpart. However, the move requires a certain amount of balance, making it more difficult to utilize properly. Like the former technique, the jutsu does not require the Strength and Power skill, but it's effectiveness is based upon it.
Name: Tobutora [Leaping Tiger] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Omoirasshu Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: Tobutora utilizes the power in the legs to launch their body into the air, using unnatural human strength as the propellant. Orosu require stable ground in order to perform, due to the force being pressed against the surface the user is standing upon. The technique will launch the shinobi into the air like a human rocket, enabling them to escape the ground, reach high ground, and pounce upon an enemy from the air. Requires Strength and Power Lv.1
Name: Mawasu [Revolve] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Omoirasshu Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This technique requires the user's weapon to have a form of string, rope, or similar cloth attached to the hilt of a weapon, typically the pommel. The user will spin their weapon in a circle, rotating it at high speeds above their head or to their side. The user will steadily add more force to their spinning, gathering an impressive amount of momentum. Beyond an intimidating show, an attack made after Mawasu has a noticeable amount of power, and can be utilized defensively against a foe.
- Kinjutsu:
1st Gate - Kaimon (Gate of Opening) Type: Taijutsu Sub-Type: Kinjutsu Rank: C This technique releases the brains restraints on the ninja's muscles granting them a greater deal of speed and strength (one level). This is normally opened to prepare the body to use Omote Renge. This gate is located in the shinobi's head. This jutsu cost is 10 always (Requires Taijutsu Knowledge LvL 3)

| taijutsu skill isnt free, you are required to have it. meaning you need to have lvl tai, as a genin you can get lvl 1 something else
